One time my daughter asked me, "Why do you write so many songs and never sing them?" Good question! During the summer of 2009 I did some work with Incubator Records, and although I decided not to sign with them, I decided I was going to follow some of their advice. They thought it might be a good idea to add some vocals to my concerts. So both my daughter and Incubator convinced me to start adding vocals to my concerts.
The concerts I have developed will have vocal songs and some of my more popular instrumentals. The traditional Christian hymns and songs will be played instrumentally. I think the combination of vocals and instrumentals will add to the variety of the concerts!
I would like to take the audience on a journey with my concerts, a musical journey that shares my faith in Christ and helps the audience draw closer to Him through music.
I will do some sharing, but because I am a musician first and not a preacher, most of the concert will be done using music. The lyrics of the songs will be the way I share my faith in Christ!
